“Working hard becomes a habit, a serious kind of fun. You get self-satisfaction from pushing your self to the limit, knowing that all the effort is going to pay off.” -Mary Lou Retton

It’s SEPTEMBER 13TH; MY 24th BIRTHDAY! Can we discuss how it doesn’t even feel like it’s my birthday? Also, I DO NOT feel like I am 24. Whenever I think of how much older I am getting, I quote Drake’s ‘I’m way too young to be feeling this old.’ The last birthday in my head was my 19th one, but I physically and sometimes mentally feel like I’m already in my mid 30s. I wanted to put this outfit on my blog because it’s the closest I have to an actual birthday suit, only cause you can see my buns haha. I wore this to the third day of fashion week. I found this dress at a thrift store and the underlining use to be a mini dress underneath the crochet. I took it to a seamstress and had them cut it to a crop top and wore high waisted underwear with it instead. I definitely reconstructed it to make it a ‘Nadia dress’. It was raining a little bit outside, so I had a leopard umbrella that went perfect with it. Thank you to everyone for all the birthday wishes! It means a ton! xoxo
