not near, but by my side.

“We are all faced with a series of great opportunities brilliantly disguised as impossible situations” -Charles R. Swindoll

I’ve been on an emotional roller coaster lately because my life has been changing completely. Graduating from school, and having to meet the fashion school requirements. My life is all over the place right now and taking a complete turn. The hardest part is trying to keep it all together when everythings falling apart. On another note, my grandmother has been teaching me how to sew. This romper I’m wearing is thrifted, they use to be pants but she taught me how to hem them, so this is the result. My heels are Jessica Simpson. My lovely talented friend Kaisha did my stunning leopard make up, check her page HERE! I want to say thank you to everyone who wrote such sweet and inspirational comments to me on my previous post. I appreciate you guys so much!

I visited my grandfather today in the hospital and he kept saying the cutest thing. He kept falling in and out of sleep, and everytime he’d wake up and I was texting on my phone he’d ask me if I’m fashion blogging! It made me smile so hard, it was the cutest thing ever! haha! Love him.

I love that romper. I wish my grandma taught me how to do that!
On another note, I know how it feels when everything seems to be wrong. Really, what took my mind off it was really trusting in the idea that everything happens for a reason. It’s really corny, but it helped me a little at least.
